This system reduces the effort on your arms and instead transfers the load to the harness.
Wear the waist belt portion like a regular weight belt and make sure to offset the buckle to the right or left of the crotch strap. This will reduce the risk of the crotch strap losing the buckle while riding. Thread the crotch strap between your legs and back through the front of the harness (making sure the scooter D-ring is in the front).

Auto Burn Tester Cod.: 70037

Fully automatic Burntester 1,5ohm/24Volt - 16Amp:

The burn tester is composed of:
- Voltmeter
- Timer
- Circuit driver with soft start
- Display
- Start Button (elapsed time or voltage)

Once activated, elapsed time or voltage will be displayed by pressing the
red button. When the battery reaches 20 volts the burn tester automatically
disconnects the battery from the resistance and memorizes the burn time in
minutes.

Usage :
- Burntest a new or fully charged battery (Nimh batteries take about 5
complete charge/discharge cycles to get the full capacity)
- Make note of the burntest time as a reference for the next burntest.
- A burntest every three months in order to verify the battery capacity is
suggested. A 35-40% drop on burntest time indicates the battery has to be
replaced.
- Keeping a burntest log is recommended to compare performance and capacity
over time

WARNINGS :
- Excessive burntesting will reduce the battery life.
- The burntest is a significant stress test for the battery and every
burntest should be counted against the battery lifecycle.
- The burntest gives an indication of the actual battery capacity and only
an estimation of the real duration in the underwater use. The real duration
on a dive is highly affected by the diver's equipment, current, diver's
position, etc.
- The current draw of the burntester (16 amps @ 24 volts) is MOST
appropriate for the higher capacity (18ah+) Zeuxo series NiMh and SLA
batteries.
- The burntester can be used on the XJoy14 and Halcyon HDVT16 battery packs
BUT the current draw from the burntester will be greater than what the motor
will draw under normal in-water use. The burn time using the burntester will
be roughly 25% less than what the actual burn time will be under normal
in-water use.
- For the smaller capacity XJoy7 and Halcyon HDVR14 battery packs, the
burntester can be used BUT the results will be less than the XJoy14 and
HDVT16.
- It is recommended that burntesting smaller battery packs (XJoy14, HDVT16,
XJoy7, HDVR14) be done only as needed and on a limited basis because of the
stress placed on these smaller capacity battery packs by the 16 amp
burntester. In fact, it is recommended that measuring in water burn time
from actual dives is the best way to determine capacity of the smaller
battery packs without the stress of a deep discharge using the burntester.
- Deep discharge to 20volts is not always necessary. This is the cutoff
voltage for the burntester but actual battery capacity can easily be
determined at 22-23 volts when compared to previous burntest data.
- BURNTESTER DATA IS ONLY AN ESTIMATE OF BATTERY CAPACITY. PLEASE REVIEW
