Our products are warranted for 24 months from the date of purchase for any manufacturing defect. Battery packs are not included in the warranty.  Propeller has lifetime warranty for any manufacturing defect.  Please read the instruction manual provided with the scooter prior to operating the scooter.  **Explosion may occur with misuse of the accumulators including over charging, over discharging, short-circuiting, and over heating of the battery**

We provide technical support and are more than happy to assist you with any questions regarding the maintenance of your Zeuxo ADV product.  For a minimal service fee and shipping charge we will complete the annual maintenance for you at our office. You may order spare and component parts for regular annual maintenance or part replacement via our website.  Your Zeuxo ADV performs best with regular annual (once per year) maintenance.
